01/21/2010 I simply wanted to THANK YOU for delivering the Bromeliad to Lisa/Jeff Thomas this afternoon. Lisa called crying telling me how beautiful it is and what a great looking urn it was in. It made me feel so good.
Thank you for the call you made to me this morning making sure the darker color would be okay and for doing such a great job. People always hear to ‘bad’ and rarely hear the ‘good’. I wanted you to know you did ‘good’ – thank you again for such great service.

Comments - Dottie and her staff and KDs did an excellent
job on my recent wedding. Although I had a general idea of the look I
wanted, I didn't have an exact sample photo or even specific colors.
Amazingly, the flowers arrived perfectly, on time, and exactly what I had
imagined. It was the personal service and the attention to listening to my
requests that made the difference, rather than just using some catalog
standard. They were unique, fresh, and beautiful. Thanks for making our day
special!

They did my wedding and oh my God they are amazing!. I had about 2,000
dollars worth of fresh flowers and they were beautiful. They were very
helpful with picking the right flowers and I didn't feel rushed. THe florist
are true professionals and you can tell they have a life time of experience
when it comes flowers. They are my florists for life and will be
recommending them to friends.

I own a service based company and we used KD Florist for our annual customer
appreciation party and I was extremely impressed with the arrangements and
personal care they provided. The flowers were beautiful and fresh and made a
big impression on everyone that attended. I would definitely recommend KD
Florist to anyone that wants top notch service and the most personal care.

We had an opportunity to use KD's Florist for a corporate event, our annual
Health Benefits fair for employees. We raffle off gift baskets as door
prizes which contain a variety of health, wellness & exercise items.
We needed someone who would arrange the baskets, wrap them in clear plastic
and top it all off with a beautiful bow. KD's florist was a joy to work with
from start to finish. They were willing to take on this unique request and
offered their services at a reasonable cost. We had some rather large items
which made creating a nice basket arrangement a bit of a challenge, and KD's
Florist did a beatiful job with every shape & size basket! They incorporated
our company colors in the gorgeous bows, added colorful basket filler to
ensure maximum display of each item in the basket and the workmanship was
stellar!
We realized that due to the size and number of baskets (we had 18 in all)
and the value of the items in each basket that we didn't have a secure place
to hold the finished basket until event day. KD's Florist came to the rescue
by not only holding the baskets at their store two extra days, but also by
offering their delivery services. The baskets were delivered to our office
at the perfect time. Employees who came early were in awe as we strolled
into the building with one beautiful basket after another! The compliments
throughout the day about how colorful and nice the baskets were made us very
proud. Every one of our lucky winners commented on how pretty the baskets
were. It takes a lot of time and creativity to put together a project of
this magnitude. KD's Florist certainly exceeded our expectations! We will
certainly use them again and again!

I was thrilled to learn that you delivered a most beautiful basket of
flowers and fruit to the Widow of Dr. James Earl Williams. Mrs. Williams
wrote to say that she was alone when the doorbell rang and she was handed a
most beautiful basket of fruit and flowers from your fine Florist. I am so
proud and thankful to know that there is a florist I may trust with my
tributes of love and concern. There are no short cuts in your arrangement of
flowers to those you don't know and don't get to see. You do the best job
you can ...........as if arranging for your own Mother. I will be back!
